You, dear friend, are a gift.

You are beloved.

You have incredible value and worth.

This world needs you.

This world needs the gifts of you, your love, and your compassion.

This world is better and will continue to be better because of you.

Because you are in it.

Because you are beloved.

Because you so love.

Consider the great good in your life.

Consider the countless gifts you've been given each day.

Consider the treasure of your life more valuable than any material object.

Think of your unique connections, your family, friends, and neighbors.

Think of the struggles you've endured and shared with those with whom you share your life.

Think of the memories you've cherished and experienced with those you love and who love you.

I encourage you to keep reaching out and to keep connecting.

I encourage you to keep sharing and loving.

I encourage you to keep reflecting on the many gifts your world has to offer.

Our world includes everyone, past, present, and future.

Our world includes everyone we know, have known, and will know.

Our world is our neighborhood and our neighbors.

This day is a gift given.

This day is the only gift we have right now.

This day is worthy of our gratefulness.

You are a gift, to a great many and to a greater few.

This world has given you much and asks for so little in return.

Because it already has you in it.

Consider the unique and beautiful gift you are to this world.

Think of your connection to it and to all of humanity in it.

I encourage you to live this day fully, in gratefulness for these many gifts.

Our world has been a giving host, sustaining us all, together.

This day, may we be grateful stewards of this world and of our worlds.
