My Next Step Begins in 6

In six days, a new adventure begins. In six days, my first step will be my Next Step on a journey that will take 300 days. It’s a step I’ve been considering for some time, and now seems to be the best time begin.

Before I tell you more about my Next Step, I need to preface this announcement...

I am a HUGE fan of philosopher and personal development guru, Brian Johnson. Brian is the founder and CEO of Optimize.me, and I have been following him and soaking up his wisdom for a little over two years. He creates incredible content that helps “optimize your life and actualize your potential.” He is a library of wisdom and a walking motivational speech. He takes seriously the mission to help people move from theory to practice to mastery as he teaches the best of ancient wisdom and the best of modern day, evidence-based science. He uses these resources to provide practical tools that aid in personal and professional development. He is well connected and collaborates with some of the greatest thinkers and researchers in the modern era.

As I said, I’ve been following Brian and his work for about two years now. Last year, I took a step and became an official “Optimize Member.” This gained me access to even more amazing content and teaching. I already have a pretty compelling life. As I often say, “I’m living the dream.” But even so, I have seen significant growth in my life spiritually, emotionally, relationally, physically, and professionally. I feel like my progress has been exponential and I credit Brian Johnson and Optimize for giving me more structure and direction along the way. So as I look over this past year of Optimize Membership and the positive impact it has had on my life, I’ve made a decision to take my next, Next Step. In six days,...

I begin my training to be a

Certified Optimize Coach!

And I am SO excited! After much contemplation, I know this is the next best step for my life. I’ll still continue to teach and coach and serve as a chaplain, but I’ll be gaining tools to help me be a BETTER teacher, coach, and chaplain. I am super excited about these next 300 days, and I plan to bring you along for the ride. I’ll be sharing the wisdom and practices, and I hope you’ll find value as well.
